After many months and nights of tweaking Sasha ,hoping to get stereo image in perspective i discovered that my floor has a very slight slant resulting in a very slight difference in speaker heights.
I adjusted speaker height evenly to both speakers and the stereo image clicked in.
It was a battle getting image dead centre until i corrected this. i thought i was deaf in one ear and also had an audiogram done.
Problem being the slant was too small to perceive until in desperation i thought maybe the speaker heights were different. Using a level meter solved the problem.
Im smiling for now until something else spooks me.
Thought this post would help others.
