Ok, there should be....I would find it interesting on how this effected the dispersion qualities of your big horns.

Btw....do you have any parts for the old Keith Monks mercury filled reservoir tonearms?

The grounding doesn't affect the speakers directly, the ground network deals with noise the gauge of the ground wire is more of a tone control, hardening and softening the sound just like the type of ground conductor you use.

David, interesting. I have never found the star ground circuit or the strap size to act as a tone control. In fact just the opposite,absolute nuetrality. As far as speaker dispersion the effect on my dynamic speakers resemble more horn like.

So you didn't hear any difference changing strap gauge? What do you have for ground system?

What....of course strap size makes a difference,but not in a negative way. Extreme clarity,dynamics,tonality,speed,saturation sound stage,dimensionality,ect,ect
