Up for sale is Black Sabbath's self titled debut on the UK Vertigo label, another reference level LP. Guaranteed this is last copy you'll need as far as quiet playing, superb sonics LP goes. 1y1, 2y1 first matrix and the very first label with the "A Philips Record Product" below the Vertigo text and jacket is the first one with misspelling Ozzy's name in the credits.

Jacket- VG- has someone's name written along the front cover in a dark sharpie and also written along the back cover. Owner also initialed inside, the inner part where the record is. Also has a crease in the front.

Vinyl- visually very clean VG++ play grades the same, there are a few tics in Behind the Wall of Sleep, otherwise really superb plays quiet even in soft moments like The Sleeping Village. The label has the owners initials written on the large swirl side. Another album like the rest of the Vertigo Sabbaths that was cut pretty hot so any play on a poor setup/heavy tracking setup would have caused groove wear, none of that on this copy.

Play graded this on Stax 009 headphones.

Asking $540 plus shipping. Priced this below what the UK dealers are selling it for on Ebay UK and less than what I paid.
