I have a 2014 Avalon. Audio is not JBL but pretty good. I notice a distinct difference in sound quality between AM or FM radio and the bluetooth coming from songs on my phone. The radio audio sucks. When i use bluetooth and listen to songs on my phone it sounds great. Whats up. Can provide more details on audio system if necessary. Have tried adjusting audio setiings with no success.

Stock antennae are pretty much an after thought in new cars. You can upgrade yours for anything between 15 to 50 bucks if you install the replacement yourself.
