I'm trying unsuccessfully to reach Jan.
If anyone knows Jan or have contact info you could share, please PM me.
Thanks,
Chris

Yes. I am in the same situation. I have emailed him via his web site but he is not responding

Not particularly helpful is it.

Hasn't he always been difficult to contact?
I recall emailing him some years back re a potential purchase, and got nowhere

Just a follow-up that Jan has been in touch a few times since my initial post.
I suppose patience pays off :)
His carts are really excellent if you are prepared to wait.

Waiting is fine when you're an ongoing customer
But no response to a handful of requests at the start?
I don't think so
In a similar vein, there is a bespoke tt designer who posts here w what I'm sure is an amazing product but just won't follow up on info requests
And I'm meant to consider giving him my cash?
