I did not know Ryan Gosling was a Mouseketeer. Interesting tidbit.

Ryan Gosling
Justin Timberlake
Britney Spears
Christina Aguilera

were in that graduating class of Mouseketeers

We saw La La Land today... worth some 14 Oscars? I don't think so. Artistic? Absolutely. Original? Maybe. Touching? Certainly. Complex? Not really. Involving? Yes. Sad? Sure. Realistic? Maybe. Predictable? Most certainly. Best actress? Emma is it. Gosling? He's more than OK. Does it succeed in eventually portraying Hollywood as it is, all about the money? Now that's an interesting question. Was this really the underlying main point?

Go see it. The Arrival remains the It for 2016 for me.

Can't argue La La is good, not amazing. Although a lot of folks including my parents disliked the someone surprise ending. It didn't bother me at all. That's Hollywood from someone who lives here. It's all about getting that next job and lightning in a bottle.

That looks awesome ? ...David Lynch? I like it! :b

* Where do they get ideas like that, our young generation? I mean to put another film director's name with 'La La Land'. ...Good one anyway.
