We finished watching Season 1 of Goliath on Amazon over the weekend. I am not a huge Billy Bob Thornton fan but these 8 episodes made for a pretty good series. I hope they find a way to bring it back for a second season.
Besides Billy Bob the rest of the cast accounted for themselves nicely. William Hurt, Maria Bello, Nina Arianda, Damon Gupton and Molly Parker all had significant roles. I have been a fan of Parker since her role as Alma Garret in Deadwood and later as Jackie Sharp in House of Cards.
Goliath is the story of a disgraced lawyer now ambulance chaser who gets a case that offers some redemption or at least a chance to get back at the firm who booted him.
