I don't enter deep sleep much. There was a time when I was taking a slew of particular vitamins that I slept truly well for a few weeks. But I haven't recreated that exactly sense. It makes me wonder about myself now that I'm reading all of this... The thing that seems silly is how young I am for it to be happening.

Really easy to have someone watch you sleep for a while. There are many people 30 years old with it.

Recent studies links Vitamin D3 deficiency to sleep apnea, but it's better to get a screen test on this before ingesting it (after 12 hours fast). Also this deficiency causes insomnia. Vit B12 deficiency also cause insomnia

16 hz lover is right, I know a lot of young (and thin) people with sleep apnea.

I come from a sleepless family, maybe now I'm the only with regular sleep.

Well, I'm not thin.

I'm sure I'm lower on vitamin D at times. The sun hasn't been out for a week. I feel good, generally, when I sun bathe for a bit in the morning. But I can't say it solves sleeping for me. I'm fairly certain some things run deeper than easy to solve issues for me, but if I did have sleep apnea perhaps at least it could be helped.
