As someone who practiced before the Supreme Court, he is wasting his time and money if he seeks cert. To do so would be beyond absurd. Why would the court ever consider taking such a case? It is of no importance to the court at all.

I don't think anybody cares anymore but him.
He must really want to prove his innocence.
Sit your but down for four games and move on, its football folks, this is not detrimental to society surviving in anyway, its entertainment for the masses.

There is far to much going on in this crazy world to even entertain this anymore.
