Hello, I builded BA5406 based amplifier with this schematic:
BA5406.jpg

It works fine, but the problem is that when audio jack is not plugged into something (phone, radio, computer, etc...), it makes high pitch noise from both channels...
Other problem is that when i turn volume more than halfway, high frequencies sounds horrible.

However i know that this is just 2 x 5w amp and it wont be as loud as hell, but im not sure if there is too much gain and i just need to and two resistors to signal input or there is something wrong...

Im thinking of fixing this high pitch sound when nothing plugged in by adding variable resistor, because third pin connects to ground so this could fix that.

So those above are two possible fixes, but im not sure if this is the right way...

Thanks for anwsers...
