what cell phone currently available has the best camera? Samsung S7, Iphone 6S, LG G5, Lumia 950XL, HTC 10? Having the best camera is my number one priority but overall user experience is still important.

I am currently using Samsung S4 and having looked at S7 and LG G5, I am leaning towards the G5. I think having dual rear camera is the direction in the future, the incoming S8 is rumoured to have it.

The G5 has it already, and the wide angle shots taken by it looks really cool.

The Huawei P9 has not one but 2 Leica lenses.

My S6 camera is awesome. Panorama shot is excellent. S7 is supposed to be a little bit better again in low light.

I was researching on this subject (fascinating stuff), and I saw some amazing shots from cell phones (smart phones) cameras.

What is awesome is some apps to you can add to your smartphone for art picture editing.

But! It's very very nice, no doubt, except that nothing to compare with a top SLR camera.

Anyway, this is about smartphone's cameras that take the best pictures, and some added creative artistic touches...with apps.
I have couple in my PC @ high resolution (pixels); I cannot post them as attachments because my quota has expired already a while ago.
I would have to transfer them to photoshop, or another similar place and then post the link. I'm just not there yet.
But anyway I don't consider them @ the level of what you guys shared. My phone is only 1.3 megapixel (I think) and it's very old. ...Like four years old, and inexpensive.
But! Some pics turn out not bad @ all.

I love this subject; best camera phones.

I have a Sony that's a couple generations old, it's very good and the new Sony should have a really nice camera... they are the ones making a lot of the sensors and Sony hardware is generally very good.

The Huawei looks great too, doubt you can go wrong with most new phones now.
