Then, from that youtube video on my laptop's screen, I prefer the Sony TV.

But I won't buy a Sony TV, because Sony is not on my radar when it comes to business practices, reliability, administration, management and customer service with care and integrity.
For a cheap BR player...fifty bucks or so...for the garage...while repairing the nuts and bolts of my bike...ok. ...But nothing above that.

This, my own personal conviction and life's practice. Everyone else is free of their own values, decisions, beliefs in life. I have no prejudice, only the action of my knowledge, yesterday's experience and life's just too short. I'll wait to find out much more than a simple video tube with a sales pitcher and a pretty picture.

But yeah, more natural colors. The one on the right has a blue hue; it needs calibration...probably the reason why.

I agree... Built Quality is really bad on these Sony TV's now. If my Pioneer Plasma stopped working today I would buy a Samsung 78" KS9800 TV. I liked this TV better than the LG 65" OLED TV. I hope my TV last a few more years so I can get one of Samsung's improved version of their Quantum Dot TV's in 2018.

Now we're on a same wavelength; I checked LG OLED TVs and Samsung UHD TVs @ my local stores, and I prefer Samsung; I would buy one.
A 78" size would be real cool; I wouldn't need a front projector, because I like to sit close...6.5 to 8.0 feet from a 78" 4K display with all 4K material sounds just about right to me. :b

* How much for Samsung Quantum Dot LED @ 78" size? ...Below five figures? ? http://www.samsung.com/us/video/tvs/UN78JS8600FXZA ... one cent below.

If you wait for these KS9800's to go on closeout you can then get one for $5500 to $6000 !

Yes, but I live up North, where the loonie ain't worth much @ all. And that big fire near the oil sands helped in its decline even further.
Besides I'm good, and I can afford a less expensive lower Series.

Thanks for your interest sharing on OLED, Quantum Dot LED and OLET; I am more knowledgeable today for it.
...More ready for a better looking tomorrow? You betcha! :b
