I'll take a pair of #5 please. They'd look kick-ass in my 2Ch room!

are all of these in actual production or just "one-off's" to see if they could do it??

Hi

I know the Acapella and the CAT MBX are current. And so is the Magico. I also know the Kharma was a "one-off" .. Doesn't know much about the others ... I have my serious doubt about the sound of many of these .. I did hear the CAT MBX, let it be said that it is not high on my list .. it did elicit some laughters though so I guess it has a purpose.. I also believe there is $1,000,000 version ... of this ..err.. speaker

It would also be very nice to know how many of each have been produced.

Yeah, but will they sound good with my ipod?

If I had to have either, I would pick either 9 or 7....I'd probably lean towards 7, because I've always liked the Tidal sound.

How I miss those times when SOTA speakers cost only $25,000 or so, yet then, very few could afford it. Then came the $75,000 range, then $100,000, and now $300,000 and more. Is the economy doing that well globally? LOL

Just because one could build a speaker with umpteen drivers and multiple towers, does not necessary mean one should.

I have no doubt there is a niche group that will get any of these gems, I am happily parked and enjoying my setup :)
