Which are the best portable wireless speakers with highly efficient price/performance ratio.?

How portable, vis-a-vis size ? Price ?

For travel purposes, I carry a FoxL in my suitcase, but my wife bought a Bose Soundlink Mini, which is a little larger but sounds dramatically better; fuller, richer.. We have had issues Bluetooth synching the phone to the speaker. Sometimes it takes a few attempts.

In a larger variety, suitable for playing music out by the pool, while we own a Bose SoundLink Bluetooth Speaker II, we've been impressed by the Harman Onyx Studio 2, which friends of the kids brought over, neat thing is you can daisey-chain them. Have not heard / no experience with the later Bose SoundLink Bluetooth Speaker III.

Hope this is of help
