hard footers under Ref 5 SE - results

i kinda recall from bob crump (RIP) that there was not a soft footer in existence that sounded good (at least, in his day), and he always recommended hard footers---tighter bass (seemingly less, but thats b/c of less smear), more impact, greater resolution in midrange.

finally put 3 audiopoints (the 1.5") under the Ref5se and thats exactly what i heard vs the stock feet.

anyone else play w/ feet under ARC gear? i know the factory says not to do it, but they also say power cords dont matter (dont believe it people) or their tubes are special (likewise).

I think there are some people who have noted Stillpoints Ultra 5s under the ARC equipment? HRS equipment as well, i believe.
