Slow Smoked Chicken

Have my chicken with a rub getting ready for slow smoking tomorrow (230 degrees: 3-4 hours). Ours has a BBQ rub. This guy uses soy sauce. Look at the amazing color he gets. Have to try this next time!

It's not nice to smoke these chickens just because they're slow. They're probably just visual learners.
