Am curious...@ Munich the tweeter/ midrange bells were on the outside of the cabinets....whereas in the recent installl they were on the inside ...if I may ask what determines?

One has the choice of putting the midrange on the in- or outside as the speakers mirror each other. Depending on preference. Stavros and I found out that putting it the way in the pictures above improves the sound image. I think by now all Symphonia installations have this position.

In Munich, we tried to obtain in the 'acoustically crippled' (to say the least) room some added image width as there was not even room to add more acoustic treatment than we did. Thanks to the SMT wings we had on the side, it was OK to do this though our recommendation is to do it the other way when you have the choice.
