Yes, Isoacoustics stands are amazing. I've also used them for subs and they are extremely effective in that application. The difference vs most other footers and the foam isolation products is usually extremely audible. I've tried a lot of stuff, but not $tillpoints.... I'm working on a footer that's very thin (vertically) using constrained layer damping principles as I have a pair of speakers I can't raise up much and I suspect the issue with IsoAcoustics is going to be the minimum height, which is somewhere around 4" depending on model. That's going to really limit the situation they can be used. For stand-mount speakers using IsoAcoustics between the stand and speaker can work really well, again if the space is available. If I was buying or building stands I'd make them shorter to accommodate the Iso stands. I'm actually testing IsoAcoustics stands for the speaker I'm working on and might have them build me a custom product to integrate into the speaker cabinet. It seems strange to me that speaker manufacturers don't sell more speakers with decent decoupling devices as part of the design as the improvements are not subtle.
