Another Playback Designs product from the Sonoma Series to watch for - the Pinot ADC - coming in February.
Andreas has been busy!

Or to the Grimm AD1... It's good to finally see a new discrete ADC with double and quad DSD support!

Better yet, what are you going to record to? Pyramix is the only viable option for DSD256

The above link says that the Pinot can be used as a professional DSD recording system, so maybe it will come with the necessary recording software?

But in any event, the Pyramix is a pretty popular software DAW with DSD 256 capability, so what's not to like?

But in any event, the Pyramix is a pretty popular software DAW with DSD 256 capability, so what's not to like?

The entry price of $3500 - $5000 and a difficult learning curve will put most folks off!
