I came across a new AC adapter that allows you to plug your cordless power tools into an AC outlet when your batteries die or you just not need to be mobile. The place is called www.losgatospower.com Has anyone tried them out? This product supposedly can run any of your most power hungry tools (aka circular saw) with more power than a battery can provide. The article I found said their “power brick” AC adapter can output more than 20 Amps continuously and handle high startup currents for brushless motors.

I think this a great idea! And unlike other AC adapters (like greenlee) the power brick this actually has enough power to run any of your tools at full power. And its like $40 cheaper than the greenle adapter.

Please let me know if you’ve tried the “power brick” by los gatos power. I’m about to pull the trigger and buy one, but I just would like to hear from one satisfied customer before ordering.

Thanks!!
