CLX 5.1 =
Should one wish for minimal PB exposure cut to the 5min mark.

A thread in my name!

Can't view Youtube in office, will see later. As for CLX 5.1 , how is the center channel? I assumed you would need two wired as one, to account for the asymmetry? Are there subs?

Gary had one in Vegas. CLX for the front two, moved now to the sides and replaced by Neoliths in front. Center channel of an array of 3 of the ML center speakers. Prodigys at the rear. 4 Velodyne DD18 for the front and side channels, ML small subs for the rears. Meridian processor. 43 ft room

Thank you es347, I do try to be self-effacing about these things for the most part!

Methinks es347 means the inimitable Peter B.

Peter B's many online "reviews" have been tested for Irony content and are guaranteed 100% free. Fascinating since it takes an observer w/max Irony quotient to survive them.

Where is that Face/Palm emicon when you need it, perhaps Whimsy might have been better than.

Anyhoo, I measured the room and just cannot quite squeeze that 5.1 Neolith system in ATM.

Yep, such a bother when you have to accommodate furniture, and even listeners, in the same space. What a situation!
Not sure about that centre channel, it's panels are assymetric. And subs to the side of each panel - will I need to sit twds one side, and wear out one hip?

Bonzo posted the YouTube link over on the ML forum which drew the following

"Default
Hey Guys,

I was there with Audible Images in Jacksonville. AXPONA 2012. That's my Upton Acoustic Upright Bass in the background and my Tascam BR-20 Reel to Reel tape deck that was rebuilt by Greg Baron of United Home Audio. I was playing Tape Project tapes through that insanely killer sounding 5.5 CLX system. I say 5.5 because each CLX had it's own Decent i Sub. I was also playing the acoustic bass along with Muddy Waters. I was doing my best Willie Dixon slap bass and it really felt like Muddy was in the room.

Hope everybody's doing well.

Satch"
