makes sense, texture is also important for wave propagation release IMO.

No, I really think that concept can succeed!

Yes, my system and the midrange of my Universums is finished with structured, matte paint, while the tweeter is high gloss.

Lukasz Lewandowski advised me to have it that way because according to him this sounds better.
Sorry, I got the name wrong > the Mummy is the smaller 2 way with integrated OSWG.

Lukasz is right. I also prefer the sound of Nextel coated Avantgarde horns to the glossy ones.

the mummy is a very basic speaker and is extremely far off in sound from the uni. Also the speakers next in the hierarchy sounds nothing like the uni. The universum is excellent.

Different animals indeed.
The Mummy is a Geddes-inspired 2-way (direct radiator + OS waveguide), whereas the Universum combines a tapered TL with the JMLC-200T mid and JMLC-1400 hf horn. J. Zagaja was involved in R&D of the early Autotech products.
