So as we enter the second half of our first year consider this a call for ideas , new forums, addition of new professionals in our "consultants's fora".

I found this forum because Sean Olive's first post was cited elsewhere. His posts, Ethan Winer's posts and Tom Mallen's posts are all of value to me. Amir writes fine posts, just not enough of them. There are other good contributors who bring knowledge to the forum.

The focus of much of the forum has been on expensive gear. I understand that such talk comes naturally when you name your forum "What's Best". However, I'd like to see some content that is broader in scope.

Some different discussion topics I would read with appreciation:

"What's good" (with a focus on cost effective results. I don't mean $ 10K bargains either.)
"How much money do you have to spend to get good sound" and "What's present and what lacking at that level?"
"What desirable characteristics can you get a a low price and what costs more money"
"What works for different needs? (such as near wall placement)
"How does it work"
"How does it measure"

Maybe my terminlogy is off, and I do apologize. Here is what I mean, based on you wanting to still give the What's Best in Blu-ray forum a chance.

Move the Blu-ray Discs With Best Audio and Video and the Blu-ray Releases And Movie Reviews from the What's Best In Content to the What's Best in Blu-ray forum. Then add a section to it for Blu-ray Audio discussions.

It could look something like this:

What's Best in Blu-ray

1. General Blu-ray Discussion
2. Blu-ray Video Releases and Reviews
3. Blu-ray Audio Releases and Reviews
4. Blu-ray Players
