This is a very worthwhile short video to watch on our self-assessment of how much we know. The so called Dunning-Kruger Effect, named after its authors actually won an Ig Nobel Prize award in how it shows how confident we are in what we think we know.


No doubt this is one of the underlying causes of our debates in audio :).

Like from real scientific and objective measurements...with graphs. ...And from real scientists with confirmed verification on a concrete level.

Well, it starts just like the study in that video. You have to take a test where the answer is known. Write down how well you thought you did and then compare to real results.
