I'm infatuated with this company & speaker based on reputation, design approach and aesthetics. Anyone heard these who can describe their sonic signature, strengths and weaknesses?

I heard them some years ago at RMAF and was very impressed. They only had a turntable as source so I couldn't play my own test tracks but what I heard I liked a lot. It's been too long for me to be specific but I would say they are worth hearing if you get the chance.

I have had the good fortune of spending some time with the AC1 on several occasions at the OMA Loft in DUMBO and at the Oswald's Mill in Pennsylvania. I have also had the opportunity to hear the Imperia, the Mini and the Monarch. If my listening room was larger, I would most definitely purchase the AC1. I own OMA's Tourmaline Turntable and have been an OMA convert ever since. A trip to OMA's DUMBO Loft should be on every music lovers bucket list. The Loft is remarkably curated with vintage electronics, antiques from around the globe and an aesthetic sense that is usually absent in most "audiophile" environments. bgupton, if you can find time, I encourage you to make the trip to Brooklyn. I am in Buffalo, so Brooklyn is an easy trip for me.

Definitely on my list of things to do next time I'm in NYC. So how would you describe their sound?

Indeed.. I haven't seen him posting at all those past couple of years ... :(

He's been focusing on his photography again. I see him every once in a while over at blu-ray.com, but it's sporadic at best.
