I played this one the other day, and found it a very good (and fun!) listen:

Koby Israelite - Dance of the Idiots

There's also all the John Zorn Masada stuff, but then we're talking about dozens of albums, so I wouldn't know where to start... I do know there's one with Medeski, Martin & Wood guesting, so that might be the place to start.
