It has always been the intent of Amir and I that fresh ideas continue to make for interesting discussion as well as learning. Here at WBF we have members from all parts of the industry including the analog collectivists and vinyl enthusiasts. This forum has countless members who have a turntable but I am certain we have but a handful of members who have only Reference Standard turntables dating back 3-4 decades all of which are considered to be the Best of the Best
One such member here is none other than David Karmeli (ddk) who has an arsenal of the world's finest turntables, tone arms and an infantry of cartridges. I thought it would be fun to have David host his own forum on Five Reference Turntables- A Step Beyond and have him discuss in detail each of these tables and what makes them so special. I am betting this will lead to much discussion an learning as we pick the brain of David and all of his knowledge regarding these amazing turntables
