Fantastic modal/spiritual jazz session from 1977!
Even this later (1990) reissue is sounding great, was not expecting it!

I suggest to buy from Fone',Italy label like me,

The Pink Panther,is a 45 rpm always 496 copy
I have also the copy of master of this that i listen with my Studer A 80

They do 500 copy because after 500 the quality became little worse.
Are 496 in sell because the first 4 copies,Mr. Ricci, owner of Fone' keep for himself

Mr. Ricci was all over Munich this year... He seemed like a genuinely fun guy! While some of the stuff on his label leaves me a bit cold (and bored), some of it is mighty fine indeed, and the recording quality is usually top notch. I have to try some of that vinyl...

It's . . . different. Right from the start I love the acoustic bass (I imagine how good it must sound directly from the album playing from a premium system setup), then the young attractive lady adds a unique touch (interpretation) with her voice...@ the same time lovely/humorous and also piercing.
But after some time I got accustomed to their music style and pleasant sound and humor.

Thanks for sharing; the ride flows peacefully on a very lovely day today. Cheers to you @ one of the four corners of our globe...Bangkok.
And Tango music is one of my favorite world/international music genre...a very passionate music of love with expression through dance...the unique communion between two Tango dancers/lovers. ...Grace and passion.

I am a big be-bop fan and find the recordings from that era sound best on vinyl.
I like Art Pepper a lot and have most of his albums on vinyl.

this is a nice box set of his.

More current stuff - Keith Jarrett - have a most of his recordings on vinyl or digital.

Steffano Bollani a couple of suggestions
