Looking for a cheap used 30wpc amp, how would the VAC 30/30 sound compare to a Jadis? I kind of know what to expect from the JA30 since I have heard the JA100.

Vac is 300b, how would it do orchestral compared to the jadis? Airiness, dynamics, slam, separation, bass?

And your views on the JA100? Great review in the new TAS on the DA88s , high praise indeed from JH . I can attest to most whats written, as I owned the DA88S and a real peach she was . Tempted to go back to Jadis .

The JA 100s were very good. However I am not interested in 100w at the moment because my Veritys are just passing through. And they can do with 30w, so something cheaper that I can sell of when I go Tune Audio Anima or Analysis Audio Amphitryon, or MCH with hybrid planars.

I had the VAC 30/30 and it is a superb sounding amp...kind of wish I still had it.
