I'm looking forward to the new Ferrari F12 TDF....limited edition.
V12, 770hp, rear wheel steering and uses a crap load of gas :p
That Hot Rod is a beast! Not to mention all the aerodynamic trickery on it that pushes it against the ground with very little drag.
Also got takin for a ride in a 488GTB yesterday, HOLY CRAP the vehicle is a monster! That thing will set you back in the seat very firmly and then put your grill into the windshield when applying the brakes.
The engine soft ware is set up so that as you accelerate torque continues to increase as you accelerate, you literally cannot move your head off the head rest while at full throttle.
The driver knows the car very well and my drive was scary good!
We have 3 f12 TDF's coming to us, cant wait to see it in person.

I have a supercharged Jag s-type R and a modded vette (c4 - 95)
If I want to be a hooligan , I take the vette , if I want to be a gentleman with a velvet fist , I take the JAG
Im looking at a new XKR-s and selling both my cars to get an all in one

Our second floor apartment in London literally looks across the street and down onto a Ferrari dealership. I love eternally my 360 Spyder, and, to my eyes, it is a timeless beauty.

But the La Ferrari I have now seen frequently across the street is beyond stunning-looking (if you like that sort of car).

I will get my new 450H fsport next week , my fourth Lexus after 2 gens of RX hybrid and one LS 400.
During last 25 years I drove also several BMW 5 series, two Audi A8 , two Volvo , still keep BMW 320 CC in our holiday house.
I think it's a sin to have too many cars , but for this one I will make an exception;)

From the side, not too different looking than a BMW, but I'll take the Alfa grill over that hideous looking Lexis gash any day, even though the balance of a Lexis coupe looks pretty good. The Lexis grill design does absolutely zero for me, same can be said for the front of a Audi. That said, Audi does make the rear of their cars look pretty good. But nothing touches Italian styling, particularly that from Pininfarina.

Did I mention 505 hp, 3.8s 0-60 timing, 191mph top speed.

Car boner!

I agree with your comment about Italian design, had Fiat Barchetta for nearly 10 years.
The grill of modern cars is often exagerated, this is also the case of LC 500 but the car in total looks very sexy imo.
Plus the hybird drive and legendary realiability, I trade that for german sophisticated engins. Nobody drives cars faster than 160 km/h as an average , even in Germany, good suspension and fast accelaration are main elements in sporty coupe for me.
And beautiful interior- it' s what we see driving a car - blue is my colour:)

I'm adding this one when the right spec used comes along (F12 Berlinetta). I lost this car to another buyer by the hair of my chinnie chin, chin last week. I need a V12 Ferrari to keep the V8 company. I know... real world problems here...lol

ended up putting down a deposit for a BMW M2. Will see if I get an allocation any time soon - seems like a lot of demand early on even compared with the recent M3/M4.

I'm also going to drive an ATS-V coupe this month for fun.

Now to me Christian, this looks too much like a new vette. I know some of the magazine writers have said the same thing. If I were to buy a car over $100k, then it damn better have a unique design. That's why I like the curves of the 458/488.

Well, I believe the Vette "borrowed" the design language from Ferrari when the C7 was released.

well Vette copied Ferrari, not the other way around. This car pays homage to the Ferrari 1963 250 GT0. Vette's didn't start to have similar lines until 1969. ;)
It's a good thing since the public may think it's a Vette. I will get a a lot less attention on the road as a result.

Yeah, the Ferrari lines are timeless. I know what you mean about attention. Was driving my car the other day and had folks pull up beside me on the interstate looking at the car and drifting over in my lane. I then made sure they knew what AMG stood for..... when all the could see was a white blip in the horizon!!

Yup...I even have them hanging out the window with their iPhone...Kids ! lol. I don't like cars lurking in the blindspot. Did you watch that f12 vid link ? It's a sleeper Ferrari that pretty much destroys all super cars and can stay close to the likes of hyper cars LaFerrari, McClaren P1, Porsche 918, Bugatti, Pagani, koenigsegg, ect.

love that vehicle/video. They are coming out with a Spider version LaF soon.

I came so close buying a 430 Spyder. We wanted a convertible. The wife and I tried it out and it was just too hard getting in/out of. Was a little too exotic for us. I like the Gran Touring with amenities! This AMG has a butt massager!!
