I thought it was a practical joke at first. Then saw that it was a kickstarter. So it may indeed be practical joke :).

I am with you Amir, I got about a gazillion invitations to fund (via indiegogo) a new cable company distributor here in the US (unknown audio cables from Europe, unknown US distributor with no track record), that needed the funds to start the distributorship. We are talking distributor, not manufacturer. They were raising $25,000... geeze. If you can't even put in $25K of your own money to start a micro business what does that say? To import and properly advertise and distribute a quality brand you need $500,000. Three years full page print ads x2 (about $200,000 or less with discounts), ezine banners $20,000, product inventory...? Office, utilities, time/salary? At least today the website is almost free.

The online marketing campaign for this is pretty wild. I'm getting automatic banner placements for these in so many big sites like youtube for example.
