What's Spinning Tonight?

Gorillaz – Cracker Island - brand new album from Damon & the bois - very good pop - might just be their best since The Fall. the track they do with Tame Impala is pretty cool.

The Smashing Pumpkins – Adore - and here we have the main course on tonight - seen Billy maybe 6-7 times and they always deliver.

Comes across as a haunted modern take on Can’s Future Days.
Absolutely love this album.

The Smashing Pumpkins – Mellon Collie And The Infinite Sadness - saw pumpkins last night and they were godlike. set list was mainly around Mellon Coliie with plenty of tracks from Gish/Siamese dreams/Adore , singles from the last two albums as well as a wonderful metal rendition of Talking Head's Once in a Lifetime and a beautiful acoustic version of Under the Milky way.
Amyl & the Sniffers as well as Janes Addiction with strippers were really good and to top it off the wrestling was very funny and violent.

Recently I've been in the mood for some hip-hop, and that's where "Madvillainy" never fails to deliver with its creative production and the one-of-a-kind lyrical ability of the late MF DOOM.
