USA. Is there only one dealer here? €41000 was the price on the first page but a google search has shown a bunch of different prices. Also looking for other people's opinions/ impressions

What finish is that? I will be ordering the Contriva G2 later this week (stepping up from the Piano Diacera) and am not sure about the piano black laquer or the wood veneers. I will probably go for the upgraded crossover option (silver).

Which finish are you referring to? Where are you getting yours? Also, I am not familiar with the upgraded crossover nor did I know it was an option.

The dealer in the US is The Voice That Is. Doug White is considered one of the best dealers of Tidal in the world, that was told to me by Jörn, the CEO of Tidal.

Tidal has informed my dealer (Doug White) that my Contriva G2 should ship next week. I ordered the standard crossover with a premium finish (hand stained African pyramided mahogany). This is great timing as my dedicated studio should be completed with the next two weeks!

You bought one of heck of a (Tidal) loudspeaker! Good luck with it. Btw, the pyramided mahogany is my favourite veneer as well (my Tidal LA's are in the same veneer; absolutely gorgeous).

I thought the Rosewood was a bit too buzy looking. Was initially tempted to do the custom crossover, but found out that Tidal had not yet done this upgrade with the Contriva G2.

Also when I placed my order for the Contriva G2, the Piano Diacera G2 did not yet exist as a product (I have previously owned the Piano Cera and later upgraded to the Piano Diacera). Had the G2 version of the Piano Diacera been available at the beginning of the year I may have been tempted to go in that direction. However the old Contriva Diacera SE was a much bigger sounding product that the Piano Diacera so I'm sure I will be thrilled by my decision.

The Piano diacera g2 is a beauty but as you described the Contriva diacera g2 has more volume and that is very noticeble with at least certain types of music such as eg large classical pieces. I am certain you will love your new Tidal speaker.

I've yet to see a Tidal that wasn't drop dead gorgeous.

Tidal's finishes are indeed gorgeous. Furthermore I really love the shape of eg the Contriva, Agoria and Akira loudspeakers (the latter with one diamond midrange is an absolute stunning sounding speaker btw). Their piano and wood veneer as well as their lacquer process is very time consuming but the results speak for themselves. I followed Tidal's craftmanship very closely when my Tidal LA's were in the making; till then I had no idea how much time and labor intensive their finishing process requires. And off course the tiralit cabinets as such are also beautiful pieces. Each LA speaker weighs nearly 500 kilo's.

Congratulations! I love my Contriva G2. I have the same Mahogany finish. You will love that speaker.

I was in the market to upgrade my beloved Vienna Acoustics -The Music.
The decision was taken fairly quickly and have ordered a pair of Tidal Contriva G2 in Macassar finish.
The construction and assembly has been completed and I am waiting delivery next week. Some photos taken during the assembly. I wonder how they will sound with my Gryphon Mephisto and Pandora

Hi joaovieira

I have seen the binding posts at the back, which consist of more than one pair, how they are supposed to be connected with the Power Amp?
Also how the aero tuning is made?

Vienna, there are 4 biding posts so you can choose if you want to bi-amp it.
Jörn will probably ask you how it’s going to be.
If single amp, just use the two superior biding posts. He will make the connection inside before shipping it.

Thank you
And how the aero tuning is used?
