I was sent a link to the Hungarian Bubble Sort, and after getting off the floor realized I knew the specific region where the music came from, the Wash area of Transylvania in Romania. Sure enough, there were demonstrations of 'sorts' by the various ethnic group's dance and music, German (Sheklers), Hungarians, Romanians, & Gypsies. I was on a 'Folkloric Dance' tour of Transylvania, and other parts of Romania in 1978

On a less mathematical note, I'd recommend
Balkan Beat Box
Slavic Soul Party
