Don't knock it until you try it. The Chinese still use squat toilets, and doctors don't recommend a mandatory colonoscopy when we hit 50.

I would not be too keen to dismiss it--the "technique" has reasons to be correct-the Wellness clinics where Colonic cleansing is undertaken--have documented medical evidence on the walls --that the "technique" is a viable solution for as near as perfect excreta.

Howard Stern is the self-proclaimed master at how to take a proper dump as well as the proper way to clean yourself thereafter. Howard has been plugging this product for months and I don't believe the show is receiving any remuneration for it.
In Japan you get a similar product in a package like an eyedropper in any drugstore or super market. Two drops no stinky. Amazing.
