Howard Stern is a big proponent and gives it plenty of press.

It apparently maximizes the utilization of the ejecta muscles. Fire when ready!

It just makes sense from a physical sense. I remember reading as a kid about nomadic tribes and how the women would squat, give birth, and resume walking. Squatting just seems like a natural position for a few things.

I would not be too keen to dismiss it--the "technique" has reasons to be correct-the Wellness clinics where Colonic cleansing is undertaken--have documented medical evidence on the walls --that the "technique" is a viable solution for as near as perfect excreta.

Howard Stern is the self-proclaimed master at how to take a proper dump as well as the proper way to clean yourself thereafter. Howard has been plugging this product for months and I don't believe the show is receiving any remuneration for it.

It makes sense to me as well. I have a small stool in my bedroom bathroom or this. I noticed when camping or hunting squatting over the whole in the ground made for easy movements.
