The weather is finally cooperating and I think spring might have actually sprung. I'm getting ready to cook some NY strips on the Webber charcoal grill. It's too early for any decent corn on the cob yet, so it will be served with a baked potato rubbed with peanut oil and Kosher salt and some regular corn.

Snow doesn't have to be gone for steak lovers. I keep a shoveled path from the back door to the grill all winter.

The steaks look great.

Those steaks look great and the marbling should bring out some nice flavours.

Glad to hear that spring has sprung in your neck of the woods.
