Fitness/Health Trackers - Is this even possible??

It measures - just with contact with your skin mind...

Calorie intake
Calories burned
Blood pressure
Heart rate
Hydration
Sleep
Distance traveled (pedometer function)
Stress levels (through algorithms)

Oh, and it also shows the time.

On the one hand, I am skeptical. On the other... I soooo want it to be accurate and actually be able to do all those things! I've been writing about activity trackers and related apps for a couple years now, so I've been following the development of pedometers / activity trackers (and finally bought myself the Misfit Shine). At CES this year (2014) - I saw a multitude of new ones. Most would do some of this but not that. This one (which I did NOT see) claims to do it all.

What about the most important health test - IMHO:

Standing in front of an accurate full length mirror with NO clothes on.

Now if audio equipment could be that easy [hard on the ego in some cases :D ] & accurate.
