Cranberry Orange Loaf

Been wanting to bake this for a while now. Had some time today, so here it is.

Dry Ingredients

Zest of 1 Orange
2 cups All-Purpose Flour
1 cup Sugar
1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
1 cup Cranberries (dried or frozen)
Mix together in one bowl

Wet Ingredients
1/4 cup Melted Butter
1 Egg (beaten lightly)
3/4 cup Orange Juice
Mix together in another bowl.

Pre-heat oven to 350°F
Add WET ingredients to DRY ingredients and mix well.
Pour into a 9x5 greased Loaf Pan.
Bake for 50-60 minutes depending on your oven.
Let stand for 10 minutes before removing from loaf pan.

I guess it was pretty good. I brought in half of the loaf to work and they raved about it! I'll have to do this more often as it's a great way to get free hugs and kisses from the ladies I work with! LOL!
