How do you win a 2014 CES award when the 2014 CES show hasn't been held yet?

Yeah....how?

That's CES. They just look for cool things that were submitted ahead of time with some catchy mumbo jumbo marketing material.

My question: does Kharma even have a US distributor? They haven't for quite some time.

Hi Myles, Kharma has been available in the US from Overture in Wilmington DE for over a year now, ads in Absolute Sound. Give Terry a call if interested.

Thanks in fact was at Terry's last summer and didn't see them :) Of course wasn't looking for them. But Kharma hasn't been at shows I years and last importer I knew was Trevor de Maat. Is Terry importing or just carrying them?

Not sure about the relationship with Kharma, but Terry does sell and demonstrate the Elegance series the last I knew.

Tech Product Review

This year, Kharma International won the International CES Innovations 2014 Design and Engineering Award for their Elegance dB11-S, a beautiful loudspeaker made of bulletproof laminate that has been engineered for insane and near-perfect sound quality.

Internally, the speaker is wired with pure silver and has a cabinet shape that produces a three dimensional sound quality that is unlike other loudspeakers. I can promise you, this guy has a punch. It's definitely built for medium to large living rooms where the sound levels can be taken advantage of.
