I did the whole deal for Thanksgiving, including scratch-made Green bean casserole from fresh beans and mushrooms, mashed sweet potatatos... But we totally wimped and took the easy way out at Christmas -- Honey Baked ham and all their fixins from the store. Not as good. Well, except for the ham which is pretty awesome.
