well I did try the Transparent Opus MM2 and didn't care for them. The biggest revelation was when I put my old cables back in that I noticed the difference. JPS Labs Aluminata.
I wanted to like them. Maybe the Ref XL would have been a better fit?

Opus SC work very nicely with my set-up. I am staying with Ref IC's until I determine whether I will add the Momentum pre-amp to my system.
