I was intrigued at the professed efficacy of this product (sympathetic resonances have been shown to have a positive effect in listening rooms). I was not intrigued enough to spend 2500.00 though. I studied the design, and went to an online store that sells gongs and singing bowls and purchased a gong in similar design at a little smaller circumference. I replaced the material used to suspend the gong in its stand with monofilament and mounted it in the center between my speakers. It did indeed have the desired effect of helping to stabilize the center image and created a slightly more open and airy sound. My cost: 32.00, including shipping.
