FYI:
Grand Opening Celebration - Overture Audio Nov 1st 2013

Ann Arbor, 5:00 PM -9:00 PM and it's a Friday.

http://overture-audio.com/index.html

They are finally getting it around to making the move official.

The mailing/flyer says; some "Industry People" will be there, but it isn't a seminar, it's a party.

I've picked up a few used items from this store before.

On my last visit I discovered that they have the listening rooms in the new place sorted out now, acoustically speaking.

I was thinking the same thing. Maybe Paragon could return the favor and open up a store next to the original Overture.

Yes both are in Ann Arbor. The location where Overture was located is being torn down for some lofts/condos I believe. Overture moved to a location where they have much better parking, where football Saturday will not keep customers away, and actually be closer to Paragon.

I took my wife to the event, she's still raving about the Vandersteen Treo's.

She liked the off axis listening aspect, something my hybrid electrostatics are not known for excelling at.

In addition she typically hears my speakers while walking by, and there is lots of phase distortion that way.

If you want a wide sweet spot while doing chores around the house the Treo's may be for you.
