TechDAS rear armboard mount

something I just noticed...the earlier models including the picture in the manual shows two screws affixing the arm board to the main duraluminum plinth. This has been changed, there are now four screws securing the rear arm board. This seems to me to be a good thing for a more rigid mount. FYI.

Indeed. Micro ridges are also machined into the armboard with very tight tolerances to the plinth's own ridges. I highly recommend attaching the rear board before placing the AFO on its table. Access to the four screws will be severely limited once the table is on a rack with a wall behind it.

I looked at mine again. I now see the same micro groove finish as the center plinth. The engineering and said execution is beyond reproach with this table. I can't wait to get mine setup.

Our Elites are in the same production batch Christian. I couldn't wait so I Frankensteined. I took my old Phantom 1, extra Phantom 2 wands (Atlas and XV1t) and mounted it with the Odin. I'm counting days as well. Whew!!!!!!!!!!
