This is an old interview but really has Mark hot under his hoodie. In fact this was the first time he has been seen professionally without his hoodie. He doesn't even answer the interviewer's question

He looked checked out and just tried to repeat PR talking points. It takes a lot of practice to become experienced in public speaking. He is being treated like a seasoned exec which of course he is not.

He was (and still is) very young and obviously not at all comfortable with public speaking. I'm still not getting the point, sorry!

unless his speaking skills improve I can't see him remaining as the CEO
