Your ad is showing as 3650 Euros in the classifieds. It's probably a bug but the text of the ad says 16500 Euros. You might want to get that fixed. At the amount showing, I may have to suplex Marc to get to the Buy it Now button before him.

There's a pr Cessaro Liszts for sale at £40k. This plus £5k for K10 would a double steal. "A nice day's work" as the saying goes. How's my overdraft limit looking?...

"Life's a beach", esp when the ice runs out.

Time to change your Avatar Jürgen;)

still listening with the K10, still enjoying the K10,
so the Avatar still shows my personal pride to have the K10G2 in my set up :)

Yesterday evening we had just another preamp shoot out @my home.
The K10 is a real good preamp, but unfortunately for me, not enough XLR inputs.
My Grandinote Genesi has enough of the XLR inputs and plays also on a very high level, but....
I can think (dream) about, that the best (for me) would be a Takumi K15ex,
but the price is out of reach for my allocated budget.

If anybody can find rare equipment, at the right price, it is you !
Sometimes hidden in the German woods where no car can drive:)
Did you install that remote controlled Linear Air arm ?

not yet,
I have bought a customized tonearm base for Micro Seiki 5000 / 8000,
to my surprise, not fitting the TechDAS turntable. A tenth of a mm...
But currently is summertime in Germany, so I enjoy riding my Vespa and to go swimming, will take some more time to start fiddling around with this special tonearm

In our part of the world you better enjoy the summer, it is gone before you know
it. Plenty of cold dark winter days perfect for audio enjoyment to come:rolleyes:

What would be some solid competitors for Robert Koda preamplifier?
after having used the K10 for some time, I am now enjoying the Audionet Stern. In Germany both PreAmps are in the same price region.

If by 'solid' you mean 'solid state' (not solid as in 'very good quality'), then personally the ones I would be intrigued to hear in comparison with Robert Koda K15EX are:

CH Precision L10
Audionet Stern
Pilium Alexander
Boulder 3000

The K10 is a great preamp. I do like my Nagra HD better, but the K10 is one of those special pieces. You can't go wrong with it.

Hi shakti. To you or to others who have listened to the K10 against Aries-Cerat or Pilium, for example, do you have a sense of what it does really well compared to AC or Pilium or others? I have been circling these 3 preamps for a while, currently have a K10 in my home, and just curious to get some opinions/observations. Thanks!

Which AC preamp in particular?
