    will the crossover be in the stands like the duette? don't think it will be under 10k. should be between 10 -13k would be my guess. depends on the crossover location and the materials used in the cabinet and the baffle.

    new-ish gsi-75 integrated from arc has a headphone socket. also, you can option in a phono stage module as well. ph-3 has low max gain of around 52db, so you will need at least 0.5 - 0.6mv cart in order for it to work well. 0.2-0.3 is very low output.

    yes, the price is quite prohibitive, but what a unit. the tonearm is the magnesium version. not sure how many 1200's have been sold here either, as now they are quite expensive, but this 1000r is playing deeply with my emotions. would be perfect table for my detroit techno sub-collection :) used...

    i have heard the vivaldi mk1 and i thought that was a little clinical sounding, and would present headaches with complicated logistics as an ownership proposition with 4 separate components requiring racks/footers/cables.... the rossini was very musical though. not too much of a compromise...

    i prefer the MXR on the far left that is holding the af-1 premium. looks more 'natural' in a sense, relative to the super-clinical VXR - CH PRECISION combo. looks way too lab. maybe in minimalist room with epoxy floors, but then acoustics will suffer.... you can't beat wood! metal is too...

    nice one, yes thought it looked a bit smaller than 88s. still a nice unit though. these are some very musical integrateds; and now the current models have some oomph as well as finesse.
