It was bad enough to keep from over modulating with the DSD. The singer, at my position about 25' away, at times hit 92dB peaks! I felt sorry for people in the front row!! :rolleyes:
I had the pleasure of recording this event. Attendance was at least 70 guests the last I heard.
We had a last minute replacement for the singer and Ms. Kimberly Giordano stepped in.

Last year I was reviewing a couple of DAC's and tried JRiver with and without JPlay... I couldn't tell a difference.

There is a nice even slope out to 22k before the brickwall. If this was an mp3, you'd see a steep drop starting back before 20k, almost like a ski slope before the brickwall.

The following items I saw at the showroom are just wood panels glued to foam. And then they said the only way to attachem the to the wall/ceiling is to use adhesive for the foam.
