Biography:

I grew up as an Air Force brat and have lived all over the U.S. I'm a Vietnam Era vet and used the G.I. Bill to go to school at the University of Texas. Married since 1972, I have one daughter and two grand daughters.

Interests:

Audio (obviously), live music, my two grandkids and family, my Porsche, motorcycling, weight lifting and judging barbeque competitions.

Digital: Mac Mini used as digital source, Amarra software (to bypass i-Tunes audio engine), Ayre QB-9 DAC (updated).
Cables: All interconnects are Mogami balanced with Neutrik XLRs, except the tonearm to phono amp cable is Straightwire Maestro II and the USB cable from the Mac to the Ayre is Pangea and the interconnect from DAC to Pre is Audioquest silver cable. Speaker cable is Douglas (9AWG).
