Hi Gian,

Thank you for taking the effort and time to allow me to visit you and hear your systems. It was a great learning experience for me on materials for audio hardware. I truly appreciate the knowledge that you shared with me.

The restaurant you brought me to was a new experience for me in terms of new dishes. The place was very clean, nice and comfortable. The food was excellent and I tasted for the first time fresh anchovies that were not salted and the very delicious dessert that for me was a differently flavoured and superior tiramisu (sorry I do not remember what it was called). I was so surprised that the other diners even passed by our table to say good bye to me when they left. You live in a dream. Great music systems, beautiful surroundings, safe place with friendly people. Wow! Your world is wonderful.

Thank you too for the cds. They will always remind me of my visit to your place whenever I listen to them. I will deliver the lp to Jack after I return home. I hope you have picked up the lp that I forgot to bring to you. I hope you will enjoy the lp as much as I enjoyed the cds you gave me.

I hope to see you again soon but this time in my home.

Hi Steve,

I have to thank you for putting up this site. If not for this, I would not have the opportunity to be friends with wonderful people such as Gian and Tango. You have a very good memory, better than mine. You remember that I like my water warm. For you, I will remember never to order pigeon. I hope to meet up with you again when I visit Southern California again or when you and Cathy visit somewhere around my area in the future.

Hi Sam,
it was my pleasure, not effort,to know you,i live in a good place, but not a dream,Italy is disaster government and economy and a lot of people and company would like to go out of Italy.

I am happy you liked systems and food, its a pity we live too far,but is always very good to have some friends from other part of the world.
I will take your lp next 2/3 days because i was very busy these days
Regards
Gianluigi

I will get you really great pigeon next time Sam. Sorry I couldn't see you around this time.

Tang :)

Hi Gian,

Your message brought me out of my vacation mindset in a flash. The real world may not be as nice but having friends make the world nicer.

I look forward to your comments after you hear the lp. I had hoped to listen to that lp in your system. Perhaps the next time I visit an area near your home.

Hi Tang,

No worries. I visit your city a few times a year. I hope the pigeon you have in mind is not spicy. I have no doubt on the good tastes of the food in your part of the world. I went to Gaggan and Mezzaluna the last time I visited. After those two meals, my neice told me that she that before eating in those two places, she thought she knew how to cook; but after sampling the foods there, she now doubts if what she does is called cooking.

I missed going to Gaggan. Apparently it is the top rated Indian restaurant in the world, but in Bangkok

Hi bonzo,

Indian cuisine is not really what I search for since it is too spicy for me. But Gaggan is an exception. I have been there three times already. You should go soon. I heard they are closing by the end of this year.

It's not about Indian I just find it strange best reputed Indian is in Bangkok.

I have never been to Gaggan. The oldest and one of the top Indian here is called Himila Sha Sha. Excellent food.

The pigeon is roasted like Peking duck not spicy. Mouth watering while typing this. Will take you there Sam. Cannot let Gian beat me on food.

Tang

Dear Tang, your system is better than mine but for food i have doubt, near impossible to beat me

Impossible for anyone else. Maybe Jazzhead can compete on that regard.

And remember Ked that eating you starter, first place, second plate, vegetable together with second plate, one or 2 dessert, coffee and a good bottle of with i brought you in a good but medium quality restaurant
